Ingredients
1-1/3 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup Milk
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Begin preheating a griddle to medium or medium-high heat (350 - 375°F).
- In a medium bowl combine dry ingredients:
1-1/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
In a separate bowl 2 Eggs beaten
Add together and whisk
1/2 cup Milk and
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- With a wire whisk, stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth.
- Ladle approximately ⅓ cup pancake batter onto hot griddle. Flip when bubbly and edges are slightly dry, about 3 - 4 minutes per side. Serve hot.

This recipe requires the use of our Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour. Using our Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour may result in a poor end product.
Adjust milk as needed to get the desired consistency.
